1. With free wireless (where most hotels charge $10 a night), free parking (if the parking lot isn't full), free breakfast (which was only some fruit and toast so I did not have any).

2. Other advertised perks were a bit of a disappointment: the free breakfast does not amount to much at all and the free parking is almost always full, so you will end up parking streetside anyway.

4. The front desk agents were always very friendly and smiling, room location was spot on - we were close to the pool and shoreline, mini-mart was nice and they offer FREE parking and a FREE continental breakfast.

8. There isn't enough parking, the birds outside the windows kept me up all night (I'm even a deep sleeper!), and the breakfast was abominable.

9. This is definitely budget accomodation - nothing fancy but a very convenient location, a complimentary breakfast of coffee, fruit, muffins and bread, free wireless access and parking (although we had to park across the street one night).
