This is definitely budget accomodation - nothing fancy but a very convenient location, a complimentary breakfast of coffee, fruit, muffins and bread, free wireless access and parking (although we had to park across the
street
one night).

Close to Kens for breakfast, near the great Japanese garden on the waterfront and across the
street
from a driving range, what more do you need for a hotel.

No
street
parking in front of the hotel from 6am to 9pm so, you will have to hoof it from a fair distance.

My biggest complaint is there is only parking at the hotel for maybe 40-50 people, so you end up having to park on the
street
and walk back to the hotel.
