5. It is an older hotel and a little run down, but, all in all, very nice for the price (which is extremely cheap!) We only sayed there one night, arriving after dark and leaving early the next morning.

It was great for the price - the kids and I were staying on O'ahu and wanted to explore the volcano and Hilo side of Hawaii for a couple days so I found an inexpensive package advertised in one the Hawaiian tourist mags (This Week or Gold) and bought the tickets from a tiny alley office in Waikiki and off we went.
