3. We were greeted by the very friendly, helpful Bell Boy, Ronnie who made us very welcome and gave us any information we required, especially telling us about the very good Irish Bar, Jack Dempsy on the next street.

6. Also on West 35th St, there is a lovely bar and grill called Brendans, very reasonable and does gorgeous food for lunch and dinner.

7. Me and my girlfriend went to this hotel which is perfect for the location, When we arrived our room was not ready, however to apologise the hotel gave us several vouchers for free drinks at the bar.

9. Check in staff aside the rest of the staff ie cleaning, breakfast, bar and porters were all very pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed our stay here, I would certainly recommend this hotel and with a bit of luck the check in staff will by then have had lessons in good manners.
