8. While this may be a small thing to mention---the complimentary bottle of water and Keurig coffee choices just add that bit of warmth to the stay when so many other hotels will charge $5.00+ for water.

9. They were very accommodating in setting us up for another night, but suddenly our flight was on again and even though we had to cancel our extra night a few minutes past check out, they gave us extra time to pack up and did not charge us an additional fee for the cancellation.
