1. Staff are very friendly and helpful and always ready to assist with luggage, taxis and general advice.

2. Older building and the room was a bit small and could do with a makeover, and the bar and restaurant area are a bit small and can get very crowded, but otherwise the staff were pleasant and the location is fantastic.
