1. The staff was awesome, the rooms were big and clean and if you wanted a lot of activity, there was a great bar downstairs with lots of music, and if you wanted something quieter, there was the Library bar on the second floor.

2. Breakfast at the Library bar was good, we ate there a few times and having Dean and Deluca on the ground level was very handy for a cup of coffee or water, etc. The Hop On, Hop Off Double Decker buses are just around the corner.

10. It was my girlfriends birthday the day we arrived and when we got to the room we found a small chocolate cake on a dessert plate which was really tasty saying Happy Birthday on the plate in chocolate along with two complimentary cocktail vouchers for the Hotel Bar which again I cannot fault.
