1. When we arrived the bell boy helped us with luggage and check in and although we were given a single bed room (that faced a vrick wall out the window) the man on receptiion quickly changed this for us and we were put in a nice double room.

3. the room size are ok,but i only used it to sleep in, didnt need to be any biggerUpon arriving, all i wanted was a shower, and despite arriving earlier than check in, Nerma on the check in desk was brilliant, and got me a room earlier than it should have been.
