4. The rooms are incredibly clean,fresh and comfortable and at one end of the block is TIMES SQUARE!and at the other end of the block their are some very excellent, yet reasonably priced restaurants.

Having said that, be aware that the rooms are incredibly small, toilets are installed at an angle from the radiator in the bathroom, the concerige wasn't particularly helpful (I asked for a fish or light fare and the response was 'there are a number of good restaurants on 46th Street between 8th and 9th Avenue,' etc.I won't stay there again.
