6. The food is, well, hotel food, but I actually enjoyed the continental breakfasts better in the executive lounge, where the hostesses provided ample juices, coffees, pastries, cerials, fruit and information about the area.

We loved the hotel, the room was beautiful, the pool nice, the buffet breakfast good - however we were in room 722 (one away from the elevator) - it was going all night long and sounded like a train running through our room - we would have called to complain and get a new room, but our 2 year old was fast asleep and we did not want to wake her to move.

8. Also my friend who only spent one night where also upgraded and all of us were given complimentary vouchers for a wonderful buffet breakfast in their dining roomOur rooms were roomy with all of the normal hotel amenities.

10. We arrived at 10 PM (arrange the transfer ahead of time!) and upon arrival we were told there was no hot water but that they could relocate us to the Double Tree or get free breakfast.
