6. The restaurant, room service, etc. gets this hotel the extra half point over a Hampton Inn, Marriott Courtyard, etc.Normallly, I would flunk this hotel, because the hotel internet did not work, and unlike, a Hilton or Marriott chain hotel, there is no central IT support.
