1. Should offer free or low cost parking for the out of town guests that only stayed for one night to jump on the cruise boat the next morning till they return.

5. In the future I`ll stay in San Pedro for any business I have in Long Beach: it costs less and the rooms here are much nicer than those I have seen in LB proper.
