4. We were pleased from the moment we pulled into the small drop-off area when the valet parking attendant offered to mind our relative's car (at no charge) while we checked in.

5. My only concern was the room service menu prices need to be updated, when the food came the pricing was more than the menus so hopefully they will change that next time, we ordered coffee that was $3 on the menu, but ended being $8 but they removed the charge due to the price discrepancy (and it didn't taste much better thena the in-room coffee).

7. Small rooms, no coffee maker (which the Orlando indicates they have and for which I spent an extra $25 for coffee in the AM), and upon check out they attempted to charge me $30 for parking.

8. Valet parking is overpriced at $29 per night and they were going to charge us a 1/2 day rate for the 2nd day when we actually didn't stay for the 2nd night we prepaid for and left the hotel at 6pm.

9. Plus, we left the hotel at 9:30am to go sightseeing the 2nd day and just came back to pack up and leave which only meant that we parked for 45 minutes and they were still trying to charge us for the parking.
