1. The staff was genuinely nice and helpful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the rate, which I shopped for was reasonable, once you give into paying full price.

7. perks, and note: you only get two coupons per room per night, you and your family and/or discerning palate might be better off getting your discounted rate and walking up the street 1-4 blocks for breakfast for same or less cost.

10. ( I did shop, found a slightly lower rate through a booking site and took advantage of their 'Best Rate Guarantee' which delivered the lower rate and an upgrade, although I have my doubts about what room we ultimately wound up in.
