1. The first night we parked our car with the valet because we got in late, but there is plenty of on-street parking in the vicinity.

2. For $184/night + $30/day parking, I expected something at least as comfortable as a Travelodge or Motel 6.

8. (We do think the cost of parking per day - $29 - is pretty steep even for LA.
"This boutique hotel works for the young and hip as well as us more senior guests " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/29/2012 Vote
9. VALET PARKING is not cheap at $29 a day, however in that area, the rules on the streets are dependent on neighborhood parking permits.

10. There were just a few little things that keep me from making this a five star rating (like they were asking their guests to rate them on this site so they could bump up a level):- The coffee maker in my room did not work- There were zero easily accessible plugs in my room - I had to crawl under my bed to plug in my laptop and crawl under the desk to reach behind the mini-fridge to plug in the coffee maker that ended up not working- There were a handful of random short black curly hairs on my bathroom floor that I did not notice until the following morning that were humanly impossible of coming from me- There was no self parking - my boss picked me up and dropped me off and she had to wait in the very small entry driveway for me both times.
