4. This was not deemed an omission by the duty manager, nor bu the Hotel manager who advised they had closed the restaurant because of so many complaints about the breakfasts.

8. When we called to have some of these issues dealt with, the managers did not return phone calls as promised, they were slow/ineffective with repairs, and not once in 4 days did any of the desk staff ask us how our stay was or offer to compensate us for the time we spent dealing with room problems instead of hanging out with our friends and family.
