2. On the last stay which was a stop over after coming back from Peru and before we left for Australia we needed an early check in and a late check out due to the unusual flight schedules and the staff were more than willing to accomodate us.

5. When I arrived just after 9 following a business dinner and long day, I was told that because a couple of people didn`t check out of the hotel, they didn`t have a room for me.
