1. They need to add moldings to the hallways with carpet, there is something just gross about that line of dinge where carpet meets stucco in the hallways.

5. The other thing that was really disappointing was that the caulking around the edge of pool had that black mold stuff in it, like you find in an old bathtub.

6. A serious upgrade of the rooms and sprucing up of the paint, moldings, carpet, etc is in order before the wife and I will pay $775 or anything close to that to stay here again.

8. They returned to clean the room 3 times and when we left 6 days later - the urine was still hugging the grout around the toilet, the mold was still around 2 sides of the bathtub and in the shower, and they short sheeted the bed 3 out of 6 nights.

There was urine around the toilet, mold all over the bathtub and shower, the air filter was black with stuff hanging through the grate, the tile was clean on the walls and black on the floor (I ran a washcloth over the grout in one area and it came off completely black), the lamp shades had at least 5 layers of dust, the bed was short sheeted, etc.
