1. At 5:00 am (after a night of uncomfortable chairs, no food, crying babies and angry adults who had missed connections) we were loaded into shuttles and sent to places unknown to rest until the next flight that evening.

4. Food, while pricey, is healthy and varied although we had an uncomfortable experience at the very expensive Nick's Restaurant where our waiter seemed stoned and the food was indifferent (their awards are for wine, so perhaps just ordering a large bottle would have been the better choice).
