1. I didn't stress about it too much since this is Kauai after all, and insects are common; just glad they weren't bed bugs (though not 100% sure about that, just figured they weren't bed bugs since they weren't on the bed).

3. But frankly, I don't care how nice a hotel is or how nice the amenities are - if they have bed bugs, and have a risk of me transporting bed bugs back to my home and forcing me to then exterminate or throw away a lot of bedding and furniture, then that's not a hotel I'm going to stay at.

4. They quickly forwarded me to the cleaning service, and when I asked her about a specific room 3108 if they have bed bugs, she immediately replied 'no, it doesn't have any bed bugs'.

5. I'm giving this 1 star b/c after a 2-night stay, I realize that I have bed bug bites all over my body (my friend does as well).
