Pros: Excellent price for room with ocean view room with king bed, nice pool area with multiple pools, inviting front lobby/entry way, good price on Happy Hour drinksCons: Outdated rooms with peeling wallpaper and rust on all metal surfaces, ocean view largely blocked by the ocean front rooms, very audible noises from neighbors on each side of us (we could hear them cheering for football games at 8:00am), trash on the beach area, poor cleanliness in bathroom (trash from previous guest was not removed and hair on the floor).
