1. Cleanliness was an issue- we found multiple hairs and lots of dust around the room.

2. Instead of securing other hotel rooms on the island that were comparable, guests were evacuated to a local school shelter, without any mention of the fact that everywhere else below the Lihue area was open and running without issue.

9. The units don't have central air, during November this wasn't an issue, it may be in July or August.

10. It just depends if guests let the hotel know if they have a vehicle or not but tickets are never 'really' issued.
