6. We had reserved a mountain/garden view room but on check-in was pleasantly surprised that we were given an oceanview room, maybe they wanted to treat there United customers better, who knows, and I wasn't complaining.

7. The first day we got there (during labour day weekend), the hotel was packed with people attending some sort of 'dirt bike' competition, and we were given a crappy room that smelled moldy, smoky and overlooked a dirt parking lot; we complained the next day and they gave us a great room overlooking the ocean.
