5. So no relaxing in the hot tub after a day at the park :-( Our room was awful, feet turned black from floors being so dirty, tub was so clogged no water would drain, light bulbs burnt out , had to call for tub to be fixed at 11/12am and they could not fix the light bulbs because they were out.

6. I felt sorry for the few staff they had as they were overwhelmed with complaints from almost every table and to be honest I'm not sure they could have done a better job with the awful manager on duty.
