1. Well there were also other things, such as poor sound insulation and seemingly endless noise even though they try to advertize their tranquil setting.

2. Cons: Parking is a fee; internet is a fee; the restaurant service was very slow (even when not busy); poor housekeeping; the shower curtain had mildew stains; no exhaust fan in bathroom; old, window-style AC/heat; and just all-around disappointing compared to pictures.

We booked to come and stay at this hotel on 19th October 2011 for 2 weeks, Myself and My Daughter, casita suite, I had read poor reviews before I came but took a chance,On Arrival I was tired got checked in after a 10 minute wait from receptionist who thought I was with a guy in front of me, after I spoke up she checked us into a room on the 2nd floor room 8210, we were upgraded to a suite, same as casita but with sofa, was nice and clean, quieter than on ground floor but can still hear passing traffic from front of hotel, not flat screen tv but ok apart from fuzzy noise and waves across screen ocasionally, bed, nice size and very comfortable, fridge fair size for hotel, bathroom nice and clean, quite big, spare room nice, with flat screen.
