8. One other complaint was the excessive 'fees' added onto our bill upon check out, not only the mysterious 'resort fee' noted by another reviewer but the taxes charged to our parking fees.

9. Another complaint was that housekeeping did not come until after 4pm one day, we decided to nap so they did not clean our room (which wasn't a problem) but when I called the front desk to ask for towels for us to shower, after being on hold, she told me she'd send them right up.
