1. big deal? Not really, although because we didn't have a credit card, I couldn't even use our calling card from our room to make 1-800 calls, or LOCAL, because that costs a dollar a call.

3. The bathroom door didn't lock and some of the bedroom doors didn't close all the way - no big deal for us, but perhaps maintenance should be more pro-active in fixing small things like this for future guests? The only negative that I would say about this hotel is the VERY thin walls.

5. It's not a big deal but other hotels offer the shuttle free as a courtesy.

6. As to the distance to the Disneyland entrance as some others have noted, it is an easy walk of 15 mins, which is no big deal since you save the $14 or so parking fee and get warmed up for walking all around the park.

9. I had expected something a bit larger looking at some of the pics, but no big deal as the room was plenty large and we all had a bed.

10. On the walkway to our room when we arrived was a pen lid and a Q tip - they stayed there for 4 days before staff picked them up - not a big deal, but tells you the attitude.
