1. I have a 7 year old, and she had NO issue walking home at night.

2. This was better, but still the same issue of dirt, crumbs, etc in corners of places, against baseboards, along window sills, etc.

3. When I complained again upon checkout there was no record of my issue and as I had booked my trip through expedia and did not pay the hotel personally, I was not entitled to any kind of reinbursment.

4. Our downstairs room was a bit dark, but again, for the price we paid, we would have still been happy in there (minus the shower issue which they sent a maintenance worker to fix it as soon as we were out and didn't rush us at all).

7. I only have a couple of issues with Anabella first they have no internet or WI Fi, if you want internet access you have to pay a third party company 10.

9. I think the room maids could do a better job of quality control with spotting and fixing minor issues (like the blinds/ remotes not working) before saying the room is ready, but all of the staff that we encountered was friendly and helpful.
