3. On the day we arrived we were told that the hotel was full and that we had to go and stay at another hotel (Days Inn) for the night, we were too tired to argue, this other hotel was a disgrace, it was disgusting, DO NOT AGREE TO BE MOVED HERE.

5. I repeatedly asked for a non-smoking room (I have a 3 year old with asthma) and twice was given a disgusting, smokey room.
