1. Upon checkin we realised there were no fridges in the rooms, we were able to request a fridge for the rooms at an extra cost, no problem, I mentioned this was an issue at checkout and I was informed that all rooms would soon have fridges in them.

3. We had a couple of issues (blocked loo and tv remote not working) and both were fixed in as soon as reported.

4. Based on that and the street issues I wouldn't stay here again, although in truth I don't know if there was anything better nearby in the price range.

5. This was a problem for me, but the bigger issue was Highland turned into a gridlocked nightmare sometime after 8pm, turning the half block trip from Franklin into a twenty minute ordeal, with the noisy traffic continuing into the middle of the night.

6. Excluding the first nights dilemmas and being kept in the dark with the water damage issue, I would stay here again.

10. I guess the question that should be best asked to judge our true opinion of the hotel is whether we would stay there again in the future? If the truth be known and money wasn`t an issue, sure we`d stay at The Rennaisance eighty yards down the road.
