1. There was also one girl on the counter who gave us completely wrong information on how to get to Universal studios and told us to catch the subway to west Hollywood and the on the way back, get off at Union Station .

5. Honestly, I don`t know how you could as the hotel name is pretty clearly displayed, but it happened to someone on our bus when they rushed on board the wrong bus by mistake and then had to get back from the wrong hotel to universal and catch the correct bus.

6. Beware there are other Holiday Inn branded shuttle buses also going to and from the studios so you could end up going back to the wrong hotel.
