5. This is a huge amenity to us and to have something like this broken during our vacation is not acceptable when it is one of the reasons we chose the hotel.

6. Also, there is alot of live poultry traipsing about on this island, and they are everywhere (the grounds of the Aloha and the beach were no exception), however this seems to be an accepted phenomenon on Kauai.
