1. The staff was incredibly nice and when we asked for towels every day as we journeyed to the beach, they were more than accommodating.

5. The staff worked hard to make sure that we were accommodated-there had been problems with the type of beds that were supposed to fit in the room we booked and we got a free upgrade just to ensure that we would be comfortable there.
