Relaxed and relaxing, great pool and jacuzzi, next to a huge public park including ocean access, protected snorkeling area, and more-protected wading area, huge and way cool play structure that even adults will enjoy, huge and way cool 'play bridge' also, bike/walking path along the ocean, very close to Kapa'a activities, QUIET, very nicely landscaped.

6. (There is also a running path and playground (very cool) Snag was that we went during the start of the rainy season (end of august) and the sea break that they built was full of logs.
