1. The views from the ocean front rooms are wonderful with a nice trade wind blowing.

2. HOWEVER, the hotel has a nice local flavor and a great spirit of aloha amongst the warm and welcoming staff-many of whom have been with the hotel for well over a decade and are wonderful at making you feel right at home and more like family than hotel guests.
