1. As an island local, sometimes it is fun to getaway from your 'side' of the island and check in to a hotel.

Located right at the mouth of the Wailua river, centrally on the Coconut Coast on the east side of Kauai it also provides fast and easy access for any activity on the island, with fun shopping, dining, Smith's Tropical Gardens and their Luau, the fern grotto, and waterfalls only a few minutes away.
