3. It has 2 very good places to eat and drink-Roast being the better of the 2 but 24 Grill isn't bad either and you can sit outside there on a nice day.

6. I was hoping to be a little higher, but I guess Platinum status doesn't get me any better than the 11th floor.

7. The two main restaurants (Roast and 24Grill) were nice, but Roast was much better and not much more pricey.

8. 30am it was a little hectic with cars everywhere, but I felt they handled that a lot better than the check in staff.

9. Overall, I love this hotel and knowing its history of how far it fell from grace, how it was saved and how it was returned to the beautiful palace it was meant to be makes this hotel that much better.

10. Now we were probably checking out with about half of the other patrons (every elevator was completely packed) BUT maybe valet could have been better staffed based upon check-in/check-out days.
