2. Front desk help was not the best nor was the qualityof the hotels starbucks, but lets face it no cup of coffee is ever as good as your daily routine cup and i am younger so i think i recieve a good amount of age discrimination when checking into hotels.

3. The concierge was nowhere to be seen and when finally reached by phone (after 3 tries), told us that they couldn't help with a reservation at an on-property restaurant because they don't own it.

4. A curtain covered a window behind the TV, but the curtain closer was unreachable; someone had to come to help me reach it so as to avoid glare behind the T V and avoid daylight at dawn.
