1. The room and the lobby are very comfortable, and the room was very quiet.

2. Also if you like white noise to sleep you are out of luck, because the automated thermostat does not have a 'fan only' option and the place was super quiet all night.

Nice large quiet room on the 12th floor, but even though I made my reservations months in advance and am a Starwood member, my late arrival left me with an ADA room, which meant no bath tub but a very generous shower & it worked well but why did the bathroom have only one towel rack and no shower caps, which were provided if one did ask? The soap was in a pretty green leaf shape.
