4. All in all, nice physical aspects but some staff were almost rude and the running of the hotel needs serious upgrading to what one expects from a Westin.

5. While the breakfast restaurant was very nice and the server was excellent, why do bacon and eggs and a pot of coffee cost $25? I ate there only once in my 6-day stay.

6. nice large quiet room on the 12th floor, but even though I made my reservations months in advance and am a Starwood member, my late arrival left me with an ADA room, which meant no bath tub but a very generous shower & it worked well but why did the bathroom have only one towel rack and no shower caps, which were provided if one did ask? The soap was in a pretty green leaf shape.

10. It has 2 very good places to eat and drink-Roast being the better of the 2 but 24 Grill isn't bad either and you can sit outside there on a nice day.
