2. The West Book Cadillac is a very solid hotel: the rooms were good, the bathrooms were large, and both were very clean.

3. The rooms again were standard, but one night I had a terrible allergic reaction to something, and in the morning learned that others had had allergy symptoms too (cleaning solution? dust mites? who knows).

4. Isn't that odd? Also unclear was the 'green' policy: one hung a tag outside the door if one didn't want clean towels and sheets and would receive a $5 discount on hotel services, but what no one realized is that you'd have no housekeeping service at all.
