4. Check-in was fast and freindly, great service in and out with the valet , only problem with valet was the amount of cars being checked because of the Hotel hosting a Talent Search in the meeting rooms ( alot of parents with the NEXT ENTERTAINMENT SENSATION ).

5. Room service was fast and ok, the burger that I ordered was a little bit dry but then again it was Thanksgiving day so I didn't really have much choice.
