1. Great location, clean room, nicely remodeled bathrooms( only shower, no tub).

2. Waiter was attentive, and offered Canadian bacon when it was clear bacon was unedible(we did not ask, just left it uneaten)Lobby bathrooms downstairs, dead fly on the sill at the bar, bar windows need cleaning.

3. Pros:- great location, close to tourist locations and a short walk to the Metro- beautiful hotel, the appearance is everything you would expect of a 5 star hotel- rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable- quiet, never had noise issues- staff is superb- food is excellentCons:- the gym is really the only complaint I have of this hotel.
