1. If I had one minor complaint, the hair dryer had a super short cord and it made it difficult to maneuver it and certainly we couldn't use it anywhere except the bathroom, which I would have like to have used it in front of one of the other mirrors in the room since we showered back to back and therefore I had to wait to plug in the hair dryer.

4. It was exceptional that the hotel managed to provide us with a peaceful stay with no lapses in service despite the numerous IMF receptions going on throughout the weekend (including one down the hall from us) and the requisite wedding.

5. With the exception of the missing call, the rest of the service throughout the entire stay was first rate, and no detail or desire was too small to be attended to.

6. A detail perhaps, but again, one that has not been overlooked in the desire to provide exceptional service to its patrons.

8. The staff was cold and impersonal, except the bell staffAm I the only one tired of hotels telling me I should save the environment by hanging my towels while they blast the air conditioners.

9. Everyone was rushed and short except the bellman, or maybe that's because by then I was so happy to leave it didn't matter.
"Don't waste your money " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/5/2011 Vote
10. The valet parking is expensive at $40 a night plus tipping every time we went out, but then again, all of DC is expensive except on Sunday when the parking is free on the streets.
"Prime location, fab decor, overpriced & noisy! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/3/2011 Vote
