1. Do you only receive truly great service only if you reserve a suite? Every guest should receive the same level of fantastic service no matter their room category.

We arrived late at the hotel the Friday before Thanksgiving; I can't even remember all of the things he did (sent up food almost as quickly as we got to our room based on my son's comment while checking in; lined up an early morning tour as the concierge was gone; upgraded us to a fantastic room; etc.

4. Regis, the room (upgrade due to SPG Platinum membership) huge, traditional, newly renovated with a fantastic marble bathroom & huge shower.
