1. The point deduction is for no free-wifi, which isn't cool in this day and age, and for the lack of readily available coffee until 6:30 AM.

5. The room did not include the basic staple of a free weight rack and a bench, which is standard in any hotel facility and does not take up much room.

8. I also signed up for a package that the reservation girl said was the best for family, yet there was another package available that had an extra day for free when you stayed two nights.

9. The fitness center is lacking and there is not a good option for those who would like to do more than use the few pieces of cardio equipment is has (read: no free weights and only one antiquated multi-purpose machine).
