3. We were gone all day Sunday at museums and did not return until late after dinner, but Norberto came out from behind the desk to greet us and make sure we were happy with everything, making this feel like an intimate boutique rather than a chain.

4. If I had one minor complaint, the hair dryer had a super short cord and it made it difficult to maneuver it and certainly we couldn't use it anywhere except the bathroom, which I would have like to have used it in front of one of the other mirrors in the room since we showered back to back and therefore I had to wait to plug in the hair dryer.

6. Everything went smoothly, our room was well equipped, elegantly furnished, a shower to die for, we do like strong hot water, and there was plenty of it.

8. Staff was really friendly and helpful,i would like to mention that the concierge services were very helpful and Front Desk Manager Norberto also very friendly and professional.

9. My husband and I went into the bar for a drink one evening (one of our fav bars in DC) and the bartender was so unfriendly and acted like we were bothering him.
