3. Booked with Am Ex Platinum card; upgraded to smoking suite by accident; asked to have linens changed by phone x 2 and front desk visit and finally happenend; did not want to hassle with room change; room large and gorgeous with all amenities including TV in bathroom mirror - very cool.

OTHER NOTES:* No ATM in the hotel (odd for such a nice hotel)* Nice that you're not asked to sign for room service every time it's delivered (it's automatically charged, along with the service charge)* The complimentary bottles of Fiji water that are replaced each night were a nice touch* Two blocks from the White House, which was pretty cool.
