1. The whole staff was friendly, the concierge (Jamie) was most helpful with suggestions and making all my reservations etc. It is in a great location yet removed from the Soho/Noho crowds.

6. It is quirky (dark lobby, no concierge desk, small wood paneled elevators, a bar that looks like something from the shining or Barton Fink) but that is what really makes the experience great.
