4. From sinking into the wonderfully comfortable beds with sheets I'd love to have taken home with me, to the quality accessories they provide (and they think of EVERY need) through to the amazing room service from their restaurant downstairs.

5. Every person I encountered ( doorman, bellman, front desk, room service, security ) was professional, polite, pleasant and competent.

6. Steve from room service was incredibly accommodating, and they ended up sending a bellmen with my wife and 3 month old son in a cab to our next destination - simply to ensure they got there in good shape.

7. Laundry is returned quickly, maid service is incredibly efficient yet invisible, room service is prompt, etc., etc. We also adore the lounge area.
